Neon Sync is a puzzle game provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:
The App may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the Google Play Store and are subject to Google's terms. Refund requests should be directed to the respective app store.
Please note that the Starter Pack is a consumable purchase. Consumable items (such as bonus Hints and Undos) are granted immediately upon purchase and are not included in the "Restore Purchases" feature. Only non-consumable purchases (such as Premium or No Level Ads) can be restored across reinstalls.
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ad content is determined by Google and is not controlled by Prabodha Labs. You may remove ads through an in-app purchase when available.
All content in the App — including game design, visuals, code, and branding — is the property of Prabodha Labs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Neon Sync does not currently integrate with Google Play Games or any cloud-based save system. All game progress, statistics, and records are stored locally on your device. This means your data will not transfer automatically if you switch to a new device, perform a factory reset, or reinstall the App. We recommend keeping this in mind and may introduce cloud sync in a future update.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prabodha Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
