Prabodha Labs ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Neon Sync mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our App.

Information We Do Not Collect

Neon Sync does not require you to create an account. We do not collect, store, or process any personal information such as:

• Names, email addresses, or phone numbers
• Location data
• Photos, contacts, or files from your device
• Browsing history or search queries

All game progress (levels completed, settings, hint count) is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

Third-Party Services

Our App uses the following third-party services that may collect information independently:

Google AdMob

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use certain data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads, including:

• Device advertising identifier (GAID/IDFA)
• Device type and operating system version
• IP address (for approximate location-based ad targeting)
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases. When you make a purchase, RevenueCat processes:

• Anonymous user identifier
• Purchase and subscription status
• App store transaction data

RevenueCat does not collect personal information. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for details.

Firebase Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase) to collect anonymized usage data. This helps us understand how the game is played, find bugs, and improve the user experience. The data collected includes:

• Anonymous user identifier (Firebase Installation ID)
• Game events (e.g., level completed, hint used, time taken)
• Device information (e.g., device model, OS version)
• App performance data (e.g., crashes, load times)

Children's Privacy

Our App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since we do not collect any personal information from any users, the App is safe for use by children under parental guidance.

Data Retention

Since we do not collect personal data, there is no data retained on our servers. Game data stored locally on your device can be deleted by uninstalling the App.

Your Rights

Under GDPR, CCPA, and similar privacy regulations, you have the right to:

• Request information about data collected by third-party services
• Opt out of personalized advertising (via your device's ad settings)
• Delete local app data by uninstalling the App

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
